Troubleshooting Video Calls

They can't see you? Check that you allowed camera access. Go to Settings → Privacy → Camera and make sure the app is turned on.

They can't hear you? Make sure your microphone is not muted. In Zoom and Meet, look for a microphone icon at the bottom — if it has a red line through it, tap it to unmute.
